Product Description:
The manual chain hoist is a simple and convenient manual lifting machine.It is suitable for short-distance lifting of small equipment and cargo. The lifting capacity generally does not exceed 10 tons, and the maximum can reach 20 tons. The lifting height generally does not exceed 6 meters.
The shell of the manual chain hoist is made of high-quality alloy steel, which is strong, wear-resistant, and highly safe. When the manual chain hoist lifts the load, the manual chain is pulled clockwise, and the hand chain wheel rotates. When lowering, the manual chain is pulled counterclockwise, and the brake seat separates from the brake pad. The ratchet wheel stops under the action of the pawl, and the five-tooth long shaft drives the lifting sprocket in the opposite direction, thereby smoothly lowering the load. Manual chain hoists generally use a ratchet friction plate one-way brake, which can brake automatically under load. The pawl engages with the ratchet wheel under the action of the spring, ensuring the safe operation of the brake.
